We have used Air Park Auto on several occasions for different services. They are always professional and courteous. They communicate throughout the entire process. On this particular visit, I had lost a very special earring that my husband given to me for our 10 year anniversary. It had rolled under the center console and I could not retrieve it. They gave us a VERY fair estimate on removing the console to try and locate the earring. We dropped it off this morning and they were fast in getting it back to us. The best part is they found the earring! I highly recommend their service for anything that you need.
I purchased a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Carmax in May of 2022. I paid too much for the vehicle and too much for the extended warranty. If you bought a car from Carmax (or anyone else) last year, you probably did too. One year later, I noticed fluids leaking underneath the vehicle. I made an appointment online with Airpark Auto as they are in the network of repair shops that service my extended warranty. Well, good thing I bought that warranty! Airpark auto notice a power steering leak and a transmission leak. They sent me a complete report of what they found and they handled all of the details with the warranty company. I never had to speak to the warranty company. Airpark Auto completely fixed everything perfectly and I have had no issues since. I have never been to Airpark Auto before. Many of my neighbors use them and recommend them, and now I do too.
Airpark Auto Service My 2002 GMC Yukon XL now has 380,000 + miles on it. My wife & I purchased it new in late 2001 with 36 miles on it. Airpark Auto Service (Bill & now his son Chris) have performed all but 3 of its maintenance servicing (2 services at the original dealership right after purchase, 1 minor servicing at another dealership on a trip outside the area). This vehicle has raised a family of 6, been used numerous trips towing campers (with at least 6 to 8 passengers & loaded with gear), many out of state, mountain & seashore trips, as well as many loaded utility trailers working on renovations, etc. The Yukon is still performing strong, used daily with its original engine (5.3 Liter), Original transmission (3.73). Airpark Auto has been the key factor keeping this running. Thank you, Airpark Auto & its Staff! Absolutely 5 Stars!!!!!

Once again I can not recommend a more reliable shop the crew got my car in for a inspection in reasonable time and did a wonderful job , five stars once again will recommend everyone here
